R.A.D.A. Training Connection
The mission of the R.A.D.A. Training Program is to provide quality training programs and seminars for automobile dealer personnel in the R.A.D.A. territory consistent with industry, regulatory and dealers needs in order to foster personnel growth, potential and advancement. The Training Connection provides training programs for all areas of dealership operations. Cost-efficient programs for employee development, OSHA/Safety issues, certification/licensing, conflict resolution and advancement have been designed to meet the specific needs of the R.A.D.A. membership. The Speakers' Program compliments the training objectives by enlisting speakers from all over the country to present industry/dealership issues to our members. Title Clerk Training Starting with the basics, class instruction in Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Title Resource Training are offered several times throughout the year. Each block of this program incorporates progressively more advanced topics with issues encountered on the job. Sales/F&I Title Training is provided twice a year. |
